The American Adventure Epcot attraction is one of the most popular in Disney. It is a patriotic tribute to the highlights of the history of the United States. The animatronic historical figures capture snapshots of American history throughout their specific eras. Narrated by Ben Franklin, you are taken through many different times, including a conversation between Franklin and Twain in a swampy bayou. Also showcased include Thomas Jefferson, Susan B Anthony speaking about women's suffrage, and an American Indian talking about struggles with oppression. Also includes famous inventions and recent history such as the Space Shuttle Challenger tragedy. The theme song America will leave you "flying high" and humming this tune for the rest of the day.
