Mission Space Epcot Ride

The Mission Space Epcot ride is a journey into space that is one you'll never forget. For most of us, it's the closest feeling we'll ever have to the real thing. You feel like an astronaut as you lift off, experiencing g-forces and turbulent gravitational pull. Each person gets to be a crew member for their ship, performing the responsibilities of Commander, Pilot, Navigator, or Engineer.

Ages 3-6- Most kids in this group won't meet the height requirement of 44 inches. Disney also recommends that kids need to be over 7 to ride. This is an intense ride which is likely to be too scary for most kids under 7. There is a nice play area near the exit ride for younger kids. I have spent lots of time there with my youngest, while my husband and older son ride Mission Space.

Ages 7-10- Keeping in mind the 44 inch height requirement, most kids will enjoy this ride. It is very intense, but probably not to scary for kids in this age group.

Ages 11 and up- This ride will keep teens coming back. Great for teens and adults alike.
