Pocahontas and Forest Friends is a live show with Pocahontas, Grandmother Willow, and many animals. Depending on the show, you can see real live animals on stage, including skunks, birds, and snakes. It has a conservation theme, teaching young ones about its importance.
Check out this video below to see what it's like to be inside Pocahontas and her Forest Friends. Even though the video does a nice job recreating the experience, there is nothing like being there experiencing all the special effects.
Be sure to check out the age recommendations below.
Ages 3-6- This is a wonderful attraction for the little ones. Listening to Pocahontas perform her famous song, "Colors of the Wind", watching Grandmother Willow and the live animals, make this a don't miss attraction.
Ages 7-10- The younger kids in this age group will enjoy this show. For girls, they will enjoy watching Pocahontas perform. For boys, they are bound to be interested in the live skunks, birds, and snakes. The nine and ten year olds may not have a strong interest, but it's a good afternoon resting spot.
Ages 11 and up- Adults will enjoy this by watching their children (under 8) light up with excitement. Teens are better off splitting up and seeing Dinosaur or Expedition Everest while the younger kids see this one.
