The Tiki Room Disney attraction inside the Magic Kingdom underwent a renovation in 1998. Now called the Enchanted Tiki Room, it features Iago from Aladdin and Zazu from the Lion King, along with the classic singing tiki birds. It has a nice tropical backdrop, and is a nice place to rest your feet during an afternoon.
Check out this video below to see what it's like to be inside the Tiki Room. Even though the video does a nice job recreating the experience, there is nothing like being there experiencing all the special effects.
Be sure to check out the age recommendations below.
Ages 3-6- The singing tiki birds a fun for the little ones to watch. However, once Iago shows up, the show turns a little loud and obnoxious for kids this age. It's still worth seeing, but it's not as cute as the original Tiki attraction.
Ages 7-10- This attraction is made for this age group. They enjoy watching the tiki birds fight over air time, and Iago hurl insults.
Ages 11 and up- Unless there are younger kids in your group, teens and adults can skip this attraction. Personally, I think the original Tiki Room was much cuter and more entertaining.
